  • Care records: we retain records for a minimum of 7 years after care ends, in line with CQC guidance and health records legislation.
  • Job applications: unsuccessful applications are held for up to 6 months, then deleted.
  • Website analytics: aggregated data is retained for up to 26 months.

  • Rectification — ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete information
  • Erasure — request deletion of your data, where we are not legally required to retain it
